TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

A deposit of 50% of the daily rate is required to confirm the hunt.  The balance of the Safari Daily Rates is payable 30 days prior to the start of the hunt.

Payment should be made by telegraphic transfer (routing available on request). Cashier/ Bank guaranteed check or Traveler's checks.  Cash payments are not advisable as they attract a 15% sales tax, and are therefore not recommended.

The trophy fees for animals killed, wounded or lost are due at the end of the hunt.

No deposit will be refunded for hunts cancelled, unless we are forced to cancel the hunt.

Trophy Packing and Dipping

Our skinners are well trained and your trophies will be expertly field prepared for packing and shipping.  We will arrange the packing, crating and export of your trophies.  The dipping and dispatch of your trophies will carry an additional cost, based on the number of trophies shipped.

Conservation

Our concession is part of a Government conservation programme to prevent the loss of habitat to wildlife in Zimbabwe.  Game counts are done annually and quotas are set under careful supervision so as to allow sustained used of a wildlife resource.  Hunting is done carefully with least disturbance possible, and the meat harvested is recovered and made available to the local inhabitants.
